Cheshire Association of Agricultural Valuers

Rachel is honoured to have been elected as President of the Cheshire Agricultural Valuer’s Association (CAVA). This is the local association of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV), which is a specialist professional body that represents almost 3,000 members in the UK.

CAAV members are agricultural and rural valuers who provide professional advice and valuation expertise on issues affecting the countryside. We also deal with many other elements including tenancy matters, sales and purchase of farms and land, taxation, property management and farming business advice.

You’ll know a qualified CAAV member when you see ‘FAAV’ after their name. This means that they have sat a two day practical, oral and written exam to successfully become qualified
